Free lab tools

Small, careful tools for everyday lab work. They run in your browser: no account, no upload, no tracking. Each one shows its formulas and sources, so you can check the numbers and cite the method.

- ## [Image lab](https://khushisingh.in/tools/image-lab/)
  ImageJ-style analysis of microscope images.
Opens TIFF, PNG and JPEG. Works offline once loaded; images stay on your device.
- ## [Lab calculators](https://khushisingh.in/tools/lab-calculators/)
Molarity, dilutions, centrifuge speed, cell counts, nucleic acids.
Plain arithmetic with the formulas shown. Nothing is sent anywhere.
- ## [Sequence tools](https://khushisingh.in/tools/sequence/)
Reverse complement, translation, GC content, primer Tm.
Paste DNA, RNA or protein. Nothing is sent anywhere.
- ## [Statistics helper](https://khushisingh.in/tools/statistics/)
Two-group tests, effect sizes and sample size, in plain words.
Paste two columns of numbers. Nothing is sent anywhere.
- ## [Nuclei counter](https://khushisingh.in/tools/nuclei-counter/)
Count and measure nuclei in a fluorescence image.
Opens TIFF, PNG and JPEG. Images stay on your device.
- ## [AlphaFold explorer](https://khushisingh.in/tools/alphafold/)
Predicted protein structures, mutation scans and figures.

## About these tools

They are meant for learning, checking and quick everyday work. For a thesis or paper, use them alongside the standard software (Fiji for images, R or a statistics package for analysis), and report the method you used. The Image lab saves every step as an ImageJ macro, so the same analysis can be repeated in Fiji.
